What if it rains?
While we hope for perfect weather; inclement weather happens. Don't fret! We offer full refunds due to inclement weather or can try to work you into our schedule for another day!
When do I need to book my charter by?
If you're reading this: book your trip with us now! We fill up quick and would love to have you aboard with us!
Can we bring people under 21 aboard the Party Boats?
The more the merrier! We have Mocktail and plenty of non-alcoholic options for guests under 21.
I unfortunately need to cancel my trip do you offer refunds?
30 days or more out:
We offer full refunds if you cancel 30 days or more before your charter with us.
14-29 days out:
We offer a half refund to your credit card on file or a full credit gift certificate to use on a future trip with us.
7-13 days out:
We offer a full credit gift certificate for you to use on a future trip with us.
1-6 days out:
We offer a 50% credit gift certificate for you to use on a future trip with us.
